About the Business
Counselling offers you a place to discuss your problems confidentially with someone who is trained neither to judge or advise. I qualified as a counsellor in 2004 with a Diploma in Counselling from Joseph Priestley College, Leeds. Since then I have worked as a counsellor within the voluntary sector as well as developing a private practice working with adults with a variety of mental health issues.
I believe that counselling can enable the person to find their own answers and gain a greater understanding of themselves. I offer an exploratory first meeting where we can discuss whatever concerns you have before deciding about future appointments. I offer individual and couples counselling.
