I am additionally qualified and experienced in EMDR and Clinical Hypnotherapy having completed the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma and having worked as a Hypnotherapy supervisor, trainer & tutor. Prior to 2001, I worked as a Staff Nurse & Practice Nurse.
Anxiety related conditions (including panic attacks, phobias, OCD), relationship issues, compulsive overeating, eating disorders and food problems, PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) and the mind - body link all of which you will find more about on this site.
Taking an holistic approach, I use a variety of modern and traditional evidence based approaches tailored to each client and welcome clients from a range of diverse backgrounds, culture and ethnicity, ability, sexual orientation and gender.
