Did you know that people come to therapy for all sorts of reasons?
Sure, whilst people who have had terrible childhoods and experienced significant traumas do come to therapy, they certainly aren't the only reasons for coming. Sometimes life can feel like a stuck record and you might not be able to put your finger on the reason why. Or it could be that you're experiencing relationship or family problems, confusion about your sexuality, loneliness or existential issues? You may have simply lost your mojo with life.
