About the Business
I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), and a fully qualified and insured counsellor. I qualified at the University of East Anglia in 2012 where I attained my Post-Graduate Diploma in Counselling. Prior to my counselling training I graduated from Kings College London with a BA (honours) degree in Religious Studies. My particular interest here was in Eastern religions and philosophies - particularly Buddhism; and the Psychology of Religion - particularly with regard to religious/mystical experience, and mindfulness meditation.
My choices in study and work reflect my passion in life: to get to the bottom of the age-old existential question, "Who am I?"
