Laura Haywood Counselling

Many people have found counselling to be helpful in their lives. Problems such as dealing with issues from your past, relationship problems, bereavement, anxiety, stress and depression are some of the issues that can be looked at in counselling. This can help you to identify options, and changes you might want to make, or gain a new perspective. Counselling can help you gain some clarity, understanding, and may be able to help you make sense of your world.
