As psychotherapists we see clients on a one to one basis to enable them to cope with problems associated with depression, low mood, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, stress, lack of motivation, adjustment to life changes and bereavement and loss. We offer CBT and counselling to those who seek to change their lives in order for them to live a happier more productive life.

When I initially started the course of CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) I was very low - depressed, anxious and not able to face going to work. I didn't understand why I felt so bad or what I could do to feel better. Glenda, my therapist, was great. She helped me to understand why I felt the way I did and how this affected my behaviour, in particular, my ability to do my job. I now feel armed with an array of straightforward strategies to help me cope with the demands of daily life and, most importantly, I now have the confidence to genuinely believe that.
