We offer an initial assessment appointment during which we will undertake a full psychological assessment and may ask you to complete a psychological questionnaire. By the end of the assessment, wewill have jointly agreed whether psychological support is right for you and, if so, what it could help you achieve. If you decide you do not wish to attend another appointment, that will not be a problem. The full assessment process is not limited to one appointment and may take longer.

I have a degree in Applied Psychology and a Masters in Health Psychology. I have presented papers on hypnosis and cancer at both RCN and Help the Hospices conferences.
