They often feel that their issues and concerns are not important enough to warrant attention for fear of beingseen as weak. Others feel that their issues and concerns are so insurmountable and overwhelming that they are impossible to resolve. And if they expressed how they feel; that they would lose themselves or never stop crying; or that a Therapist would not be able to 'cope' or be unwilling to help.

We are a committed team who share common guiding principles and our therapeutic approach has been researched and developed over many years. We are inspired by the anthroposophic therapeutic model. This approach was developed by Park Attwood Clinic (1979 - 2009), this form of medicine and therapy developed from the collaboration between Rudolf Steiner (1861-1925) and Dr. Ita Wegman. Our approach explores how physical and emotional health relates to a spiritual nature.

I offer counselling and psychotherapy to individuals who may have identified specific personal difficulties and / or want to understand more about themselves in order to allow choice, change andmovement in life. I work with a number of issues, ranging from anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship problems and personality disorders. My aim is to work with the person rather than the diagnosis.
I want to aid that by creating a service that is open, seamlessly integrates both these areas of medicine without forgetting that psychiatry is unique, in that we look at the person as a whole ratherthan just a diagnosis. He was appointed an NHS Consultant in 1978 and started the Liaison psychiatry unit at University Hospital, Birmingham.
