Cambridge Sports Psychology

Luke Clough, 28, has over 10 years experience working within the Fitness and Coaching Industry. At the age of 18, he gained his Diploma in Fitness Training and Sports Therapy and started working as a Fitness Instructor within a successful Health Club. It was at this time he started to use the skills he gained whilst studying Psychology, to help individuals reach their personal goals. He found it very interesting to notice how different people found it either easier or more difficult to motivate themselves and perform at their best consistently. Over the last 3 years Luke has become a Master Practitioner of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Hypnosis, and has been working with clients on a one-to-one basis to help them change their lives. Using these advanced skills, he has helped young aspiring sports players to achieve their potential, from regional amateurs all the way up to those competing at a national level.
