In our early years, the "two Christines" - Carter and Brown - concentrated on providing expert witnesses for family law cases locally, in the East Midlands and South Yorkshire. At first, they recruited associates by relying on their network of friends and colleagues within independent social work. Later, they broadened the company's range of expertise to include psychologists, psychiatrists, paediatricians and therapists.
