Wetherby Therapy offers Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (CBT) and Art Psychotherapy to children and adults who may experience emotional, behavioural or mental health difficulties such as depression, anxiety, low self esteem, post traumatic stress disorder, phobias, self harm, bereavement, loss and trauma.
