About the Business
I am a fully-qualified and experienced BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) psychotherapeutic counsellor with practices in Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells, Kent covering the surrounding areas. I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental relationship in which you can explore personal or difficult issues that may be causing you distress. My professionally accredited training and experience enables me to work with clients on a short-term focused or goal-orientated basis, as well as an open-ended longer term basis to enable us to explore personal challenges at a deeper level. It is so important for you to have a robust connection with your counsellor and that is why we meet for an initial assessment so that you can make sure you feel comfortable working with me. Not only can we talk about what is troubling you, but also what may be blocking progression and any feelings about personal change.
