About the Business

I have been working as a counsellor and therapist in private practice since 1993 and as a counsellor in voluntary organizations for many years before that. In addition, I have taught counselling and assertiveness skills, and counselling to diploma level. Prior to working as a counsellor and therapist, I taught in schools and as a home tutor to children with schooling difficulties.

An American by birth, I have lived in the UK for over 40 years and now reside and work in Ashburton, South Devon. Here I provide counselling and therapy for couples and individuals, for young people and students, for employed people from a wide range of industries and organizations, and for unemployed and retired people.
