About the Business
I am an experienced counsellor psychotherapist and an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) with a successful practice in Torquay.
The first appointment is an informal one-to-one meeting when I will talk you through what counselling with me is about; for us to work together in a process of discovery to discuss a best way forward for you. It is without obligation - after this session it is for you to decide if you wish to book a series of appointments with me. So why not come along and find out for yourself how exploring your thoughts and feelings through counselling can help you discover more helpful ways of relating to your world. Being in Torquay means that my practice is also within easy reach of the whole of Torbay including Paighton and Bixham as well as Newton Abbot, Teignmouth, Totnes, Kingskerswell, Kingsteignton, Bovey Tracy, and Exeter.
