I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist, practising in Beckenham and I am registered with the BACP. My approach is integrative, which means that I draw from various theoretical models to provide therapy which is tailored made to suit your needs.
When consumed by stress, anxiety or depression, we often feel a sense of hopelessness. Counselling can help you regain a sense of clarity and autonomy, which may help you to get the best out of your life. Nobody knows you better than you know yourself but sometimes the stresses of everyday life and relationships can consume us, make us feel anxious and its hard to get a sense of who we are and what we want in life. I can offer the time and space that you need to explore what is troubling you and examine what it is that you really want out of your life or the situation you are in.
