There may be a time in your life when you feel lost or miserable, desperate for a change, or stuck. Talking confidentially to a therapist may be the thing that can help you find a way forward. To move from despair towards hope. You may not be able to identify what is wrong, or you may just find that what you say to yourself doesn't match the way you act, or the way others see you. I'm fully qualfied and I've been working as a counsellor and psychotherapist in Reading and Wokingham for over ten years. I take a contemporary approach, regarding everyone as unique: there are no formulas. My psychotherapy and counselling practice is in a quiet, discreet street within easy reach of Reading, Newbury, Wokingham, Henley, Basingstoke, Bracknell, Slough, Didcot, Wallingford. There is free parking in the street. By public transport there is a frequent bus service from Reading town centre with a stop a few minutes walk away. My fees are Ј50 for the initial meeting.
