Southdowns Psychotherapy and Counselling is a small private practice led by qualified therapist Alana Burton (Dip. TA Practice).

Southdowns Psychotherapy operates from various bases across West Sussex including Washington and the outskirts of Horsham. Services offered include daytime and evening sessions for both short- and long- term therapy for individuals.

As an experienced and qualified therapist my aim is to offer you a warm, caring and non-judgemental environment in which you are able to explore whatever is going on for you.
