My name is Jessica Macey and I am a qualified humanistic integrative counsellor currently working with adults in the East Grinstead, West Sussex area.

I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore whatever difficulties you are experiencing at the moment. As a humanistic counsellor, I believe you are the expert on yourself and are able to make your own decisions. Working integratively means I draw from different theories to support you and suit your individual needs.

I have personal experience with caring for and losing a loved one as well as parenting a deaf child and am therefore able to offer emotional support around challenging times.

My aim is to support you and promote understanding in order to help understand and cope with any issues you may be experiencing.
