Rob Kay is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and formed Beechwood Business Psychologists to utilise his knowledge and experience of best practice recruitment and development initiatives. He completed his BSc in Psychology at Durham University in 2002 and his MSc in Occupational Psychology soon followed.
With a strong team of Associates passionate about talent acquisition and performance measurement, Beechwood offers a refreshingly honest and pragmatic approach to selecting the right people for you and developing them in a way that meets both the operational and strategic objectives of your business.
