If we really want to come to know ourselves at some point we have to stop running and reflect on how we got to where we are. I have been a practising psychotherapist and counsellor in London for over 15 years. I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience when working with both women and men from all backgrounds, cultures, genders, ages and sexualities; I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I have experience across the psychotherapeutic field, I also have over 20 years experience working in the NHS and local government. I have particular experience working with Boarding School Survival, Men and identity and Mental health issues. I work with individuals and groups on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period and I work to the Ethical Principles and Code of Professional Conduct of the UKCP.
