I have expertise in offering support in relation to a range of difficulties people may experience in their lives - for example anxiety, depression, bereavement, anger, upset, stress, pain, life transition and adjustment, relationship difficulties and strains linked to being a family carer as well as concerns linked to lack of self-esteem or assertiveness.

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Psychological Society (BPS). I have been working for psychological services within the NHS since 2005 as part of my training towards becoming a Clinical Psychologist and as a qualified Clinical Psychologist since 2010.

In addition to the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, I have completed training in Narrative Therapy as a specialism.
