About the Business
I am a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor, and a member of the UKCP and British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My practice is in East Oxford, close to the city centre and easily accessible by walking, bus or car. Counselling offers a caring and confidential place for you to talk about emotional difficulties and issues you are facing in your life, with someone who is trained to listen and help in a non-judgemental and supportive way.
I am here to support you and help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself so that you gain the confidence to make the changes in your life that are right for you.
