About the Business

We are Daryl and Beth Pace, a husband and wife team who founded our practice, Pace Therapy Solutions, near Chesterfield in Derbyshire. We are trained in various therapies and offer an ecclectic and individual approach to therapy. Beth has worked within various Finance and HR functions within Royal Mail for 20 years. Over that time she has had many different job titles, including working in Middle Management. Beth has always had an interest in people and is fascinated by what makes people "tick".

The first element of psychology she studied was Horse Behavioural Psychology back in 2003, when she was a student of Kelly Marks and Monty Roberts. This gave her a real insight into understanding people, as the dynamic between horse and owner can be a complex one. Beth's interest then developed further into human psychology, which is when she went on to qualify in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Stress Management.
