Sarah Frettingham

Located on the border of North / East Yorkshire, I offer psychotherapy and counselling within reach of the city of York and the towns of Malton, Driffield, Pocklington and Market Weighton. I am qualified as a Certified Transactional Analysis psychotherapist and registered with United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). I am also endorsed as a supervisor and trainer (PTSTA) by the European Association for Transactional Analysis (EATA). I work as a counsellor and psychotherapist in private practice and am committed to offering you a confidential, non-judgemental, safe and boundaried environment, where you can explore, understand and find resolution to the problems that are troubling you. With over 20 years of working supportively with people, I have broad experience of helping people experiencing difficulties and distress.
