In my work with clients I use a combination of Person Centred Counselling, Attachment Theory, Transactional Analysis, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Trauma Incident Reduction techniques. With this variety of theoretical concepts I seek to offer appropriate support to best match a client's needs.
BSc Hons in Substance Use and Misuse Studies, Diploma in Humanistic Counselling, Diploma in Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Diploma in CBT, Diploma in Individual and Group Supervision, Post Graduate Certificate in Education.
