My style of counselling, put simply is about enabling you to gain perspective and understanding about your thoughts, feelings and behaviour, so you can make positive changes, overcome difficulties and feel better. I am experienced working with a range of issues including depression, anxiety, self esteem issues, bereavement, work related issues, ptsd, ocd, relationship issues, panic attacks, stress and anger issues.

I charge £35 per session for individual sessions and £45 for couples sessions, with some spaces for concessions for unwaged, low income or students at off peak times. The first session is an assessment session in which we decide if my approach is going to be helpful for you. I know how important it is for someone to find the right counsellor for them, so I reduce my standard session fee to £20 with no obligation to book further sessions.

I work with adults over eighteen. The work can sometimes be short term, but I mostly find that clients benefit from open ended sessions. I offer flexible session times, which cater to individual client needs for as long as they wish to attend.
