I have been a professional counsellor and psychotherapist in Brighton and Hove and the East Sussex area since 2005. I specialize in dealing with issues around anxiety and stress, self esteem, addictions, low moods and relationships. There are many different approaches to therapy. Your first session is £25 and is an opportunity for you to discover what you want from therapy. If you decide to work with me, then we will have an opportunity to explore your concerns in a safe and supportive way.
