I am a highly experienced practitioner, having worked with individuals, couples and families for thousands of hours. 90%+ of my clients report feeling better about themselves and their problems following counselling. People say they find me 'professional', 'easy to talk to', 'warm and responsive with a sense of humour'.
Theoretically my approach is largely systemic, based on a psychodynamic training and includes the use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Ethically, I adhere to the BACP Code of Practice and therefore, comply with their supervision and continuing professional development requirements.
