About the Business

I have been counselling since 1990 and in private practice as a psychotherapist since 1995. I work with both individuals and couples at my practice near Midhurst, on the Hampshire, West Sussex and Surrey borders. My therapeutic approach is 'integrative' (adopting different techniques or approaches) and my style is 'active' in that I clearly engage with clients. I trained for five years as a transpersonal psychotherapist at the Centre for Counselling & Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London, graduated in 1995 and was accredited by the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) in 1996.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (MBACP). My previous career was in advertising, where, after having my own business I became a board director of a large, international advertising agency which provided me with a strong understanding of work-related issues.
