About the Business
Welcome to my mentoring practice specialising in support and development for Highly Sensitive People, Parents, Professionals, Employers and Family members. I offer information, mentoring support, workshops and coaching for highly sensitive people, plus training for professionals as individuals or within organisations. Coming from a background of twenty years as a therapist, with ten of those specialising in working with HSPs around anxiety, self-esteem, relationship, confidence and work issues, I understand the unique challenges that Highly Sensitive adults and children face and I have insight into the relationship challenges that occur when one partner is sensitive.
