My name is Dr David Spalter and I am an Integrative Counselling Psychologist and Psychotherapist living and working in London. Finding a psychologist or psychotherapist can feel daunting. The most important choice that you will ever make in psychotherapy is choosing the person with whom you want to work. It's so vital because the success of the work depends largely upon whether you and your therapist are able to create a strong working relationship and that is only possible if there is some personal chemistry there.
