I'm a BACP Accredited counsellor with 20 years of experience and have a three year diploma in Person Centred Counselling (1997 Metanoia). I work with individuals and with couples and I specialise in relationship issues, depression, anxiety, anger management and building self esteem. My core approach to counselling is 'Person Centred'. CBT helps you identify and change unhelpful thoughts, patterns and behaviours.
I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to their Ethical Framework. I hold professional liability insurance for my work. My fee is £50 per 50 minute session for individuals Some concessions are available - do ask.
