I gained an interest in therapy after I experienced difficulties whilst stuiding my degree in psychology at University. I had recurring illness and stress that I managed very badly psychologically, which eventually came to a head and I sought professional help.

Even though I'd always had an interest in people and how the human mind works, I now wanted to help people through their difficulties as I understood how it could feel not to be happy, healthy and getting what you want out of life. So after graduating I completed my Hypnotherapy diploma.
