Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy are such great tools to change a habit, state of mine or completely change a life - such transformations can free you and change your life for ever. You have found this site because you are looking for help or perhaps have been recommended by friend and you want to change something in your life so that you feel better. This could be something you have been struggling with for a long time and may have consulted others, however the reason you are here is that you are looking for something that works. Not all Hypnotherapy is the same - some therapists are 'old school' and use direct suggestion to bombard your mind with positive suggestions hoping that some will stick. I work differently - I will work out what will work for you and carefully use my skill and expertise to break the old barriers and help you feel better.
