About the Business

At the heart of all therapies is a joint understanding of your difficulties, which you and your psychologist will develop about how your difficulties have developed and what is contributing to them now. By understanding these things, your therapist can help you to change patterns of thinking and behaviour that may be contributing to your difficulties.

I provide a range of psychological therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-based approaches and approaches based on Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. I will discuss with you what the different types of therapy are and which are most likely to be helpful for you at your first appointment.
