About the Business
I am a fully qualified psychotherapist in the tradition of CG Jung. I believe that the quality of the therapeutic relationship is central to the therapy and should be based on non-judgement, trust and respect. As an overview to my approach I also recognise the interconnected nature of mind, body, soul and spirit. I am a member off and work to the code of ethics as set out by the UKCP. I trained for five years with the Guild Of Analytical Psychology and Spirituality.
Since completing my training I have been very committed to continual professional development and my own spiritual and creative journey. I am a meditator and practice yoga on a regular basis. I am rooted in the Christian tradition, with an active interest in the mystical side of all wisdom traditions. Over the last six years I have had experience with a wide range of issues.
