About the Business
We all have times in our lives when we feel lost, confused or stuck either personally or professionally. This is a natural part of our engagement in our lives. Our movement through these times is part of our overall growing and developing. Often we can successfully negotiate these difficult phases ourselves, but sometimes we may decide that we need some help. It is this kind of help, facilitation and support that I aim to provide, in a confidential, sensitive and respectful setting. I am a UKCP Registered Gestalt Psychotherapist. I work in private practice in Steyning, West Sussex with individuals and couples. I also see clients on behalf of employee assistance programmes, offer supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists, and mentoring for other professionals. I believe it is crucially important to create a therapy setting which is supportive, understanding and honest.
