First Steps

Following your enquiry, you will be invited to an informal 30-minute session, where we can talk about your situation and how we might work together.

Should you wish to engage within therapy, 50-minute sessions will be offered, usually weekly, 1-1, Face to face, but could be via telephone or online, following agreement.
