The Riverside Therapy Practice is a professional and confidential counselling & psychotherapy service based in Newhaven, East Sussex and in East Duwlich, South East London. The East Sussex practice serves Brighton, Rottingdean, Peacehaven, Lewes, Seaford and Eastbourne. The East Dulwich practice extends to all areas in South London. The service is run by Dr Aileen Alleyne, a UKCP registered psychotherapist and BACP qualified counsellor with over 22 years experience in the helping profession. Appointments for East Sussex are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. The East Dulwich practice operates on Thursdays and Fridays only. A variety approaches to helping clients are on offer: Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Client Centered Therapy, Integrative Therapy, Inter-cultural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and EMDR therapy.
