About the Business
I am a qualified and experienced counsellor, offering effective therapy in a private, professional and confidential, central Winchester setting. I have experience of working with a broad range of issues including depression, anxiety, stress, relationship and self-esteem. I have also worked as a counsellor in GP surgeries, in a Bereavement Service, in universities, in corporate settings and in private practice. Sometimes we all find ourselves facing situations or challenges in life, which we find distressing or feel unable to cope with.
Counselling can make a real difference to how we think and feel about things and can help us to make the changes we want, for a happier life.
