About the Business
There can be occasions in our lives when the people or support networks we would normally turn to are either not appropriate or not available to help with a current difficulty or perhaps to talk about something that happened long ago. In these circumstances it can offer an opportunity to address such issues objectively with acceptance, encouragement and support.
I provide therapy personally tailored to the needs of each individual or couple. My role is in helping you to help yourself. I have experience of working with a wide range of issues including adoption (Barnardos Approved Adoption Counsellor),a buse, anger management, anxiety, depression, couples counselling, family conflict, infertility, life changes and transitions, low confidence and self esteem, relationship difficulties, separation and divorce, personal development, problem solving, work related stress, redundancy, trauma and loss. One of the particular areas in which I work is bereavement.
