Therapy is all about you. It's about sustainable changes that you want to make in your life. Part of the therapy process provides you with the techniques which you can revert to again and againwhen your mindset or behaviour starts to revert to your old ways. That is how 'we' can make a sustainable change. As part of what I do, I may challenge you to make and sustain that change through transition which in the longer term our aim is for you to achieve a more contented life.
